"Graham Cracker" Crust

Use this mock graham cracker crust the same way you'd use a real graham cracker crust. Sticky fillings that will hold the crumbs in place work well, as do chocolate or cheese fillings. The unbaked crust mixture can be refrigerated for 1 week or frozen for 3 months. The baked crust can be refrigerated for 2 days.
