Cooking time: 20 minutes Temperature: 325 Serves 8-10 + In microwave or double boiler, melt together 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate and one stick of butter. Add the sugar, flour, eggs, and vanilla and mix. Pour into a greased 7x11 pan and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. For frosting, melt 1 square of unsweetened chocolate with 1 T butter. Add 1-2 T of coffee (more if needed). Add one cup of sifted powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Frost cooled brownies.
