In Hold Tight, protagonists Tia and Mike Baye never imagined they’d spy on their kids. But their sixteen-year-old son Adam has been unusually distant lately, and after the suicide of his best friend Spencer Hill, they can’t help but worry.

Copies of May’s book are available on loan from the Kripke Library. Contact Shirley Banner, 402-334-6462 or sbanner@jewishomaha.org.

The Dorothy Kaplan Book Group meets on Thursday, May 15, 1-2 p.m., in the Kripke Library at the JCC.

The Dorothy Kaplan Book Discussion Group is supported by the Center for Jewish Life, whose mission is to maximize involvement of Omaha’s Jewish community in imaginative, compelling and meaningful Jewish experiences.
