- 6 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate bars
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Melt chocolate in pan over low heat with sugar and water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Fold thoroughly into chocolate. Beat whites until stiff peaks form. Fold thoroughly into chocolate. Can be served atop cake.
