Week 4 of the Center for Jewish Life’s new Klutznick Learning Series, “What is it About the Ten Commandments?” meets this Monday, March 17.
The Week 4 topics include “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain” and “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
Speakers include Rabbi Jonathan Gross, Elyce Azriel, Rabbi Josh Brown and Ari Riekes.
The remaining Klutznick Learning Series sessions will meet on Monday, March 24, looking at “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy,” by Rabbi Jonathan Gross and Dr. Michael Cohen, followed by Rabbi Mendel Katzman and C. David Kotok discussing “Thou shalt not covet anything that belongs to thy neighbor.”
The final session will be Monday, March 31, with Rabbi Steven Abraham and Ellie Greenspoon looking at “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me,” followed by concluding remarks on the series by Marty Shukert.
