Please join us for a 6-week session of 30 minutes of mindfulness. Margot Andersen will present a contemporary teaching/reading/poem each week and will teach you how to meditate. Beginners are welcome to this safe space as you will receive weekly instruction and a guided meditation practice. This is a perfect place to find an oasis of calm within the fear and anxiety that is swirling around us right now. Give yourself the gift of relaxation!
